For dAs Futurography Contest

I overlaid two negatives, developed them, and then made mono print on top of the photo. Actual work is A2 size.

I neve thought to see anythjng so genuinely reminiscent of Francis Bacon. All it needs is a pair of borken, wire rimmed spectacles. You probably know all this, but Bacon worked on unprimed canvases and arranged 'accidents', swipe marks, and so on to 'disfigure' his portraits in ways which couldn't be undone, taken back or painted over. For this and other reasons, reverse engineering a 'Bacon' is impossibly hard and scarcely anyone even tries.

I wasn't even trying to copy Bacon's style. It was just experimenting with photography and mono printing. And as I really like Bacon's works, the influence came out eventually. :)

I like the outcome - very chaotic. Nice work with your range of techniques; knowing how 'experimental' it is somehow makes it all the more atmospheric.
